February 4 : Register now to join in the fun at the “Victorian Valentine’s Day Celebration!” at Woodrow Wilson Presidential Library & Museum!  Children, ages 7 to 12 will create their  own fashionable hat suitable for the most elegant Victorian Tea Party, make a scented sachet, and go on an exciting scavenger hunt.  Enjoy crafts, games, social dances of the period, and etiquette of both the Victorian era and present day. Russell Peterman wanted to read, but couldn’t find. . .  he was searching for a historical literary novel set west of the Mississippi River during the American Civil War.
