Rosemary Hilde Pennington Wagner ("Rosie")

Rosie received a degree from J.M.U. in Social Work and from the University of Virginia in Cytotechnology. She has done additional post-grad work in Business Administration at J.M.U. and in Financial Management at the Navy Post-Grad School in Monterey, California. She has worked as a Cytotechnologist at Maryland General Hospital, and as production assistant at Merck, Sharp, and Dohme in Elkton. Rosemary is currently a program evaluator with Strategic SYS Programs in Washington, D.C. While in the Navy, Rosemary was a volunteer math tutor, working with high school students. She enjoys bike riding, cross-stitching, aerobics, and antique shopping. She and her husband Raymond live in Ashburn, a suburb of Washington. She has two stepsons, Scott (5/25/74) and Keith (10/27/76).
