OASIS for the holidays
Saturday, December 3, 3-5pm
Free reception for Janet Marshman’s one-woman exhibit of original masks and the December Artist-in-Residence program by lapidary artist Stuart Mercer. Music, refreshments and meet/greet with artists. OASIS Fine Art & Craft, 103 S. Main St., Harrisonburg, 540-442-8188.
Dec 1-24, 10am-6pm
Artist-in-residence Stuart Mercer gives award-winning lapidary demonstrations daily. The artist will be on site and at work, available to the public, on the mezzanine at OASIS Fine Art & Craft. He also exhibits rare items from his collection, and offers for purchase his entire inventory of jewelry–Virginia gemstones which he has mined, cut, polished and set.
Through December 30.
Deck the Halls, a members’ exhibit of holiday-themed work continues at OASIS Fine Art & Craft, 103 S. Main St., Harrisonburg. 540-442-8188.
